What We Are About

University Christian Fellowship (UCF) at Eastern Michigan University is committed to letting God’s Spirit transform us to look like Jesus Christ. We are impacting students by showing and connecting them with Christ. We are here to build relationships. We are more than just a Church. We are friends, a diverse family, and a part of Ypsilanti’s community!

We hope that your time at EMU is full of learning, fun, and friendship! We have weekly worship meetings on campus, small group Bible studies (called Life Groups), retreats, and fun social activities. We’re glad you’re here and we look forward to meeting you. Get in touch if you are looking to learn more.

We are about Jesus – Do you know Him?

The Bible invites us into a relationship with the One who loves us, created us, and only has good desires for us. Scriptures reveal that our sin separates us from God and the wages of our sin is death. But God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, Jesus, that whoever believes in Him will not die but have eternal life. It goes on to say that whosoever shall call on His name shall be saved from sin and reconciled to God.

If you would like to receive this gift of salvation, say this prayer:
“Jesus, I call on your name. Forgive me for my sins. I believe in my heart that you died for me and were raised again. I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Amen.”

If you prayed this prayer, be encouraged that all of your sins are forgiven. Always run to God and not from God. Know that He is with you, loves you, and has a great plan for your life.
John 3:16, Romans 3:23, 6:23, 5:8, 10:9-13
